STAUD offers returns on full-priced items within 21 days of shipment, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
